It all started when we realised the stress spiral weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Pay Cycles spin us all in.

For context, the old-timey, dusty and musty Pay Cycle is from pre-computer times when an actual person had to ink up their quill and write out a paycheque for every single employee. This took some time (somewhere between a week and a month), which meant employees could only be paid when that work was done... rather than when their work was done.

Now it is 2022, quills are out and computers are in.
Yet, we are still waiting up to a month to be paid...

So, here we are doing something about it.
